What is GAPG?

We are a group which includes many of the world’s leading producers of beer, wine and spirits. The Global Alcohol Producers Group was set up in 2005 to engage the World Health Organisation (WHO), its Member State governments and other stakeholders. Our aim is to promote constructive dialogue with them about the health problems caused by harmful drinking, because we want to address this issue as much as they do. We are committed to working in partnership to help prevent and mitigate alcohol misuse.
